Sarasota County Leads in Home Sales

Recent data shows that properties are moving in the area, reinforcing the theory of “First In, First Out.” Sarasota County was one of the first housing markets to experience the industry slowdown and is now showing some promising signs. The preliminary indicators don’t necessarily reflect a ‘recovery’, but suggest that buyers are sensing the bottom of the market and are electing to make purchases in anticipation of escalating prices.
